Set a quorum before the coin exists. People commit by signing, not paying. Reach it and everything fires in one atomic block — miss it and the mint is never created and nobody spends a lamport.

> HOW IT WORKS

01
Name a quorum

Set the coin up and say how many committed wallets it needs to exist: 5, 10, 15 or 20. Pick how long the muster has to fill.

02
People commit

Committing is a signature, not a payment. Nothing leaves anyone's wallet. Earlier places buy lower on the curve, which is the reason to commit now rather than wait.

03
Ranks sign as they fill

Every five commitments are packed into one transaction and signed there and then — so signing is spread across the muster instead of one fragile moment at the end.

04
Fire, or nothing

Reach the quorum and the whole thing goes out as one atomic bundle. Miss it and the mint is never created, nothing is submitted, and every signature is discarded.

> UNDER THE HOOD

This is not a presale

No funds are custodied at any point. A commitment is your signature over a transaction that spends from your own wallet straight to Pump.fun. If the quorum is missed that signature is simply never used — there is nothing to refund because nothing was ever taken.

Signable before the coin exists

Every account a Pump.fun buy touches is derivable from the mint address, and we fix that address when the muster opens. So a real, valid buy can be built and signed against a coin that does not exist — and it stays inert until creation, which only the mint keypair can do.

Ranks of five, one per transaction

Five committers are exactly what fits in a 1232-byte transaction once an address lookup table collapses the 18 accounts a buy touches. A rank being one transaction is what lets it be signed the moment it fills, each with its own durable nonce.

Earlier really is cheaper

Your position is fixed when you commit and priced against what is in front of you. People joining later sit behind you, and anyone ahead who fails to sign is struck — which makes your fill cheaper, never dearer.

READ THIS BEFORE YOU COMMIT: reaching quorum is not the same as the coin being good — it means 20 wallets at most agreed to buy, and a determined creator can be several of them from different addresses. Every committer is listed publicly; judge them yourself. A rank that is full but unsigned blocks the launch until its window lapses. Campaign state lives in memory and does not survive a restart, which is why musters are short. The muster is capped at 35 SOL so the curve cannot graduate part-way through the bundle. And once the bundle lands, the coin is an ordinary Pump.fun token — nothing here governs what happens after.

FIND OUT BEFORE YOU LAUNCH

Most coins launch to nobody. This one asks the question first, and costs nothing when the answer is no.
